For Refunds contact me directly at evanschwartzart@gmail.com The customer, who is responsible for any return shipping costs, must send the item back in the same condition it was sent in. Upon receiving the item from the customer there will be a 10% re stocking fee of the retail cost of the item. Once the item has been received by me, I will then refund the total cost of the item(s) minus the 10% restocking fee. The customer who is refunding an item must provide A. The areas that do not have resin have a layer of Golden Hard MSA Matte varnish applied to them-which provides a solid layer of UV protection.
