The customer, who is responsible for any return shipping costs, must send the item back in the same condition it was sent in. Upon receiving the item from the customer there will be a 10% re stocking fee of the retail cost of the item.
Once the item has been received by me, I will then refund the total cost of the item(s) minus the 10% restocking fee.
The customer who is refunding an item must provide A. Their preferred payment platform to be refunded through, such as Venmo and Paypal B. Their payment platform address in which the refund is to be sent.
